MODEL & PRICE CHANGES

Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating some models. Should you learn of a new model on the market which is not listed in our catalog please email us for information. In addition, manufacturers are continuously changing their cost prices. When prices are lowered we will pass the savings on to you. If a price goes up we may be obliged to increase our price. We will contact you in the event of a price change to secure your instructions.

 

RETURN POLICIES

We provide our customers with the best possible online shopping experience and should fully satisfy with their purchase. If you are not satisfy with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund subject to the following terms and conditions :

  • 14 days for mobile phones, smart phones and tablet PC's. (restocking fee applies for open box returns)
  • 30 days for mobile phone related accessories

RETURN & REFUND RULES

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer. Shipping and handling fees,if charged, are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages). We do not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process the return within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 2 - 5 business day to process the refund into your account.

Refunds on returned items which were paid for by paypal or credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by bank transfer, check or cash deposit will only be made by check after a 5-day waiting period.

If any of the above conditions are not met, shining.my reserves the right to refuse or return the item at customers expense.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

MODEL & RESTOCKING FEE ON MOBILE PHONES, SMART PHONES & TABLETS

Due to costs associated with processing a return and refurbishing the returned device, you will be charged a one-time restocking/refurbishing fee of 15% (which will be deducted from your refund). Additional deductions to your refund may be made for the damages on device or missing components. Please note that you will not be charged the restocking/refurbishing fee if you return the device in its original condition and in unopened packaging within the fourteen days period.

shining.my reserves the right to charge a restock fee of not less than 15% on returned accessories that are not returned in “Like-New” condition.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

Phones returned with Physical Damage or Water/Liquid Damage will not be processed and will be returned at customers' expense. Phones that become non functional due to a firmware change or 3rd party software install cannot be returned and must be sent to the manufacturer for service.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Blister-packed items once opened. All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, digital memory, tapes, batteries, etc.
  • Items past our 30 day policy.

WARRANTY RETURN / RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

shining.my sells only authorised and original units.

Phones purchased from shining.my can be sent for service at any authorised service centre within Malaysia other than those stated specifically or send to us.

All authorised units come with the following warranty period*:

  • 1 year for handset and screen.
  • 6 months for battery and charger.

*Accessories such as memory cards, bluetooth devices and others are not covered by this warranty.

Software upgrades are free and provided from time to time by the respective makers. Please ensure your unit is updated to the latest firmware for optimum performance.

Please provide us all the required information and our customer service will assist you to complete the warranty/RMA process.
