RETURN POLICIES

We provide our customers with the best possible online shopping experience and satisfaction. If you are not satisfy with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund subject to the following terms and conditions :

  • 14 days for mobile phones, smart phones and tablet PC's. (restocking fee applies for open box returns)
  • 30 days for mobile phone related accessories.

 

RETURN & REFUND RULES

  • All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.
  • Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer. Shipping and handling fees, if charged, are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages). We do not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process the return within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 2 - 5 business day to process the refund into your account.
  • Refunds on returned items paid by paypal or credit card, will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items paid by bank transfer, check or cash deposit, will only be made by check after a 5-day waiting period.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, shining.my reserves the right to refuse or return the item at customers expenses.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.

  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

  • For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
